At Alpha Leather Apparel, we provide an elite, end-to-end delivery experience. Every piece is hand-cut and stitched to order on our production floor and delivered directly to your door with zero friction.

1. The Alpha DDP Guarantee (No Hidden Fees)

We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for all orders to the USA, Canada, UK, and the European Union.

• Zero Customs Bills: We pre-pay all import duties, luxury taxes, and customs fees.

• The Price You See is the Final Price: You will never be contacted by a carrier or government agency for additional payment upon delivery.

2. Our Secure Logistics Timeline

Because we prioritize both bespoke quality and tax-free delivery, our shipping process follows a two-stage security window:

• Stage 1: Secure Transit & Customs (7–8 Days): Your package is moved through our international logistics hub and cleared through your national customs. This "Blackout Window" is where we handle all the paperwork and tax payments for you.

• Stage 2: Final Dispatch (2–4 Days): Once cleared, your package is handed over to our premium partners—FedEx (USA/UK/EU) or Purolator (Canada)—for the final leg to your doorstep.

Total Estimated Door-to-Door Time: 10–12 Business Days.

3. Hand-Stitched Lead Times

Please remember: We are a manufacturer, not a warehouse. Every jacket is hand-stitched to your specific measurements. Please allow 5–7 business days for our craftsmen to master your piece before it enters the shipping cycle.

4. Insured Tracking

You will receive a tracking number the moment your shipping label is created. Please note that tracking will update with a "Cleared" status once the Stage 1 customs window is complete.
