Returns & The Alpha "Perfect Fit" Guarantee

At Alpha Leather Apparel, we operate on a bespoke manufacturing model. Because your jacket is hand-stitched to your specific body measurements, our return policy is divided into two categories:

1. Bespoke & Customized Orders

  • No Returns: Since these pieces are engineered specifically for your frame, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds on bespoke-sized apparel.

  • The Alpha Concession: If your custom jacket does not fit as expected due to a measurement error on your part, we will not leave you hanging. After a direct consultation with our Managing Director, we will offer a concessional discount to manufacture a brand-new replacement jacket for you. We aim to ensure you stay in the Alpha family with a fit you love.

2. Standard Sizing Orders

  • Replacements Only: For standard sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc.), we offer size exchanges only. We do not offer cash refunds. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all premium packaging intact.

3. Manufacturing Defects

  • If there is a genuine manufacturing defect or an error in craftsmanship, we will replace the item at zero cost to you after a photo verification.

4. Secure Payment Method

To maintain our elite "Vault" experience and direct-to-manufacturer pricing, we currently utilize Payoneer Secure Invoicing.

  • Once your allocation is confirmed, you will receive an official invoice from concierge@alphaleatherapparel.com.

  • Your order enters the production floor the moment the Payoneer transaction is cleared.
